Print products have no usage license associated with them. Buying a print and scanning it for for commercial purposes without aquiring a license is a copyright violation.

Furthermore, incorporating all or part of a photo in any other image constitutes an infringement of copyright. You cannot legally use a photograph by changing the photo. The original photo, however modified or distorted, is still protected by copyright.
Exceeding the terms of a license is an infringement. A new license is required prior to additional use.
An artist's rendering of a photograph in another medium is a derivative use of the photo and requires the purchase of a license prior to use.
