Photographs are a unique sales item in that they're able to be manipulated - made darker or lighter, or the overall hue can be changed.
If you are interested in returning your item because you're not satisfied with brightness or hue, let us work with you to provide a replacement that better fits your needs. You have 30 days from date of purchase to request a replacement. Simply contact us with an explanation of what kind of adjustment you want and we'll send samples to try and best match your request.
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return an item. Since we provide both digital Royalty Free and Rights Managed Images and Fine Art Prints, this only pertains to Fine Art Prints. Digital images do not have to be returned.
You will need to provide the Order Number that was displayed on the receipt at the time of purchase. Simply contact us with that order number and hopefully an explanation of what didn't work out for you. If the item was a Fine Art Prints we'll provide you with return instructions. If the items was a digital image, there is no need to return it.
We will provide you with a full refund minus any shipping charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable), will be deducted from your refund.
