Help on Using your Account
Overview
Your Account stores the minimal personal contact information (e.g. email, and shipping address) needed to process orders online. We do not store credit card or any financial information. Signing up for an Account allows you to:
- store and retrieve your current lightbox when you 'Login'
- access your Order History
- reload your Contact Info
- track Order Status
- access and reprint order invoices
- guarantee Rights Protected licensing
It is intended for repeat customers who want to keep track of their orders and not have to re-enter information each time
You do not need to sign up for an account to explore the Panorama Source collection or to use Your lightbox. However, if you want to view the photos in your lightbox the next time you visit, access your Order History, or place an online order a photo, you'll need to 'Login' to your account if you have one, or 'Sign Up' for a new one if you don't. You can place an Email Order without logging in to an Account.
This Account tool allows you to enter your information once, and then have it available each time you 'Login'. We store only your contact information. Any credit card information you might provide in an online purchase via Paypal, resides only on their secure site. We guarantee that your contact information will not be shared with any other party. Login Status
Login Status: Logged Out
The Login Status simply reports to you whether you are logged in to your account or not.

Account Help The Account Help link takes you to this help page.

Order History
Order History The Account 'Order History' link allows you to access your Order History in the same format as your lightbox. It displays all of the photos that you've ever ordered. You can check the status of a new order, and view and reprint invoices.

Login
Log In The Account 'Login' link is used to Login to your account if you already have one. If you don't, you'll need to Sign Up for a new account.

Logout
Log Out The Account 'Logout' link is used to logout of your account. It could be used if you have more than one account and want to logout to login under your other account. It is not necessary to logout before exiting this web site.

Create Account
Create Account The 'Create Account' link is used to create a new account. You will be prompted to enter your contact information. Once this is set up, each time you login, it will be available for any orders you assemble so you won't have to re-enter it.

Update
Update The Account 'Update' link is used to make changes and update your account anytime after it has been created. You will be prompted with the existing information, and by clicking with the mouse, you'll be able to change any existing value, including your name and email address.

Password Lookup
Password Lookup You can use the Account 'Password Lookup' Request link if you forget your password. Simply fill in the items that identify you and send the message. We'll look up and send your login specifics to the email address that is in our records.
